Three short practices, for the three moments an ordinary day needs them most. £7, yours to keep.
For years, I treated calm like a place I'd get to eventually — after the busy season, after the inbox, after the bills, once the list was finally, properly done. It never arrived. There was always something else that needed doing before I could finally stop and just rest. Here's what I understand now: the finish line was a mirage — and the chasing itself was the problem. Most of us aren't really running toward that imagined rest. We're running away from something — the restlessness inside — and no amount of achieving quiets it. The only calm there is, is in the present moment. Not at the end of the list. Here, in the day you already have.
A Calmer Day is three small doors into exactly that. Three short recordings — a morning, a midday, and an evening — made to slot into the day you already have. No app, no streak, no forty-day programme. Just a calm voice, three times, at the moments that matter.

What's inside
✓A Morning Grounding(about 10 minutes) — for before you pick up the phone. A few quiet minutes to settle, so the day starts at your pace — not at the pace of the first email, message or demand that reaches you.
✓A Midday Pause(about 9 minutes) — for the middle of the day, when everything has sped up and taken you with it. A short reset that gives the afternoon a fresh start — so you're not running on empty by four o'clock.
✓An Evening Wind-Down(about 15 minutes) — for the end of the working day. For setting the day down properly, so it doesn't follow you around the house all night — or into bed.
✓The Companion Sheet(one page) — where each practice fits, how to remember them without another alarm on your phone, and what to do on the days you miss — because there will be days you miss, and the sheet is kind about it.
✓The Bonus Meditation Pack — included — five full guided meditations from my library: Deep Relaxation & Inner Peace (deep rest, working with the breath) · Dissolving the Inner Critic (softening the harsh voice within) · Quiet the Racing Mind (for overthinking, any time of day) · Reconnection (out of your head, into your heart and body) · Deep Tissue Massage (a full-body releasing relaxation)
The honest bit
£7 won't change your life, and I'm not going to pretend a download will either. What these practices do is smaller and, I think, better: they put three real breaks into a day that probably has none. Used now and then, they help. Used most days, something quietly shifts — the day stops feeling like one long held breath. That's how it went for me, and I recorded these the way I wish someone had for me twenty years ago.
Yours to keep. Listen on any phone or computer. 365-day no-questions refund — if it isn't for you, reply to your receipt and I'll return your £7 with warmth.
Who I am
I'm Adam. For a lot of years I was the person these practices are for — capable on the outside, running on empty underneath, unable to switch off no matter what I tried. Learning to settle, honestly and slowly, changed my days from the inside out. Now I spend my time helping people find their way back to themselves — through simple practices like these, a meditation group I run each week, and one-to-one work.
Questions, answered
How do I listen?
On any phone, tablet or computer — streamed from your access page or downloaded to keep. Nothing to install.
When will I get it?
Straight away. Your access link arrives by email the moment you order.
Do I need experience with this kind of thing?
None at all. If you can listen to a voice, you can do all three practices. There's no technique to get right.
Is this meditation?
It's guided practice — a calm voice walking you through a few minutes of settling. If you've tried meditation and felt you were "doing it wrong", you'll find this gentler and much harder to fail at, because there's nothing to fail at.
What if it's not for me?
Then it's not for you, genuinely — reply to your receipt within 365 days and I'll refund you, no questions.
