The bit nobody sees

You’re exhausted. You still can’t rest.

The mind keeps running long after you want it to stop. The body stays tight no matter how you sit or lie. And sleep — the one thing that should fix it — is the thing that won’t come. It’s a particular kind of tired: wired and worn out at the same time.

You’re not lazy or unwell. You’re wired, and you can’t come down.

See if any of this is yours

Your mind speeds up the moment your head hits the pillow.

You carry tension in your shoulders, jaw or gut that never fully lets go.

You wake up as tired as when you went to bed.

You lie awake replaying the day — or tomorrow.

You’ve forgotten what deep, heavy, restoring sleep feels like.

You want to feel more warmth and ease — and a lot less clench.

Why you can’t just ‘relax’

You can’t think your way calm. You have to work through the body.

Telling a racing mind to stop only makes it louder. The way down runs through the body — releasing the physical tension first, so the mind has somewhere calmer to land. Do it in that order and sleep stops being something you chase and becomes something that arrives.

Settle the body first, and the mind follows it down.

What’s actually going on

A racing mind is a body that never got the signal.

When you’ve been switched on all day, your body stays flooded with the chemistry of alertness — muscles braced, mind scanning. Willpower won’t clear it. But guided attention to the body will: it tells your system, physically, that the threat is over and it’s safe to power down.

That’s what these five do — release the held tension, quiet the noise, and walk you gently into real sleep.

What actually shifts

What to expect

Not a personality transplant. Something your body feels quickly — often the very first night:

Shoulders and jaw that let go without you forcing them.

A mind that quiets enough to actually drop off.

Deeper sleep, and mornings that feel like morning.

A bit more warmth and ease, a bit less clench.

If the Bonus Meditation Pack doesn’t help your body let go and your nights get deeper — if it doesn’t earn its place at the end of your day — email me any time in the next 365 days and I’ll refund every penny. Keep the meditations.

Who I am

I’m Adam. For years I was wired to the ceiling — a body that wouldn’t unclench and a mind that wouldn’t quit, least of all at night. Learning to work down through the body instead of arguing with the mind is what finally gave me my sleep back. Now I spend my time helping other people do the same: practices like these, a free session I run every week, and other bits and pieces along the way.

Questions, answered

Before you decide

How do I listen?

On any phone, tablet or computer — streamed or downloaded to keep. Nothing to install.

When will I get it?

Straight away. Your access link arrives by email the moment you order.

Do I need experience with meditation?

None. If you can listen to a voice, you can do everything in here. There's nothing to get right and nothing to fail at.

Isn't this just going to tell me to get out more?

No. That's the advice that has already failed you, and it failed for a reason. This starts with your own company, not with other people's diaries.

What if I've felt this way my whole life?

So had I. A long time isn't the same as permanent. It formed for good reasons, and what formed can heal.

What if it isn't for me?

Then reply to your receipt within 365 days and I'll refund you. You keep the guides.

One more thing

Deep sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s the thing everything else runs on.

You don’t need to fix your whole life to sleep well tonight. You need to get out of your head and into your body, and be walked the rest of the way down. That’s all these are.

You can start with tonight’s sleep.
