The week it starts working is the week it usually stops.

The Nervous System Reset — the full programme. Thirteen video lessons, three longer guided practices, and the written work. £27, one payment, yours for life.
You know the shape of it.

You start something. The first week goes well — you do the practices, something settles, and you think: this is it, this is the thing. Then a Tuesday arrives with too much in it. You skip a day. Then three. And by the end of the month the whole thing has slipped away without you noticing.

Then you decide the problem is you. That you don't follow through. That other people manage it and you don't.

It isn't that. Nobody was walking it with you, and nothing told you what to do next.

What this actually is

It's the programme I built to be walked, not read. Thirteen short video lessons where I take you through the work myself, in order, with the practices and the written work sitting where you need them.

You go at your own pace. Each lesson tells you what to do before the next one. There's nothing to keep up with and nothing to fall behind on.

What's inside

  • Section one — settling the body (five video lessons, two of them guided practices) — why nothing lands while you're braced, and the practice that gets you underneath it. Start here even if you've meditated for years.
  • Section two — releasing what's held (a video lesson, three longer recorded practices and a written guide) — a grounding practice, a body scan and a progressive release, for the days when reading isn't what you need.
  • Section three — the story work (six video lessons) — the heart of it. Naming the stories you've carried since you were small (I'm too much, I don't fit, they'd leave if they knew), looking at the actual evidence for them, releasing them, and writing what goes in their place.
  • The Hero Workbook — the written half of the work, so it becomes something you did rather than something you watched.
  • The toolkit — the 3-step roadmap on one page, the affirmations, and the two guides that answer the questions people ask me most.
  • Yours for life — in your member area, no expiry, nothing recurring. Come back to it in a year if that's when you need it.

What to expect

Not a straight line, and not a transformation by Friday.

What most people notice first is smaller than that: an evening that didn't need filling, a conversation where they said the true thing, a morning that started without the usual weight. Then it goes again for a few days. Then it comes back a little easier.

The story work is where it stops being an idea. That's section three, and it's the part people tell me they wish they'd reached sooner.

My 60-day promise

Watch the lessons. Do the story work.

If after sixty days it hasn't given you something real, email me and I'll return the £27 in full. I'd rather refund you than have you sitting on something that didn't help.

Questions, answered

How long does it take?

The lessons are short — most are under fifteen minutes. People usually give it two or three evenings a week and finish inside a month. There's no timetable.

Do I need to have done the journey first?

No. They fit together, but this stands on its own.

Is this therapy?

No — it's guided practice, and it isn't a substitute for professional support. If you're in crisis, please reach for that first.

What if it isn't for me?

Then email me within sixty days and I'll refund you in full. No questions.
